Radek Teichman z britsko-české architektonické kanceláře Jestico + Whiles má bohaté zkušenosti s navrhováním hotelů a interiérovým designem. Mimo jiné byl zodpovědný za nové interiéry v pětihvězdičkovém hotelu Sheraton v Praze, který se stal první investicí společnosti Starwood v České republice. Nedávno si také odnesl ocenění za realizaci energeticky šetrné vily v Průhonicích pro soukromého investora.

Radek je klíčovým členem tzv. zeleného týmu, který se v Jestico + Whiles zabývá trvale udržitelnou výstavbou. Především jeho znalosti a vášeň pro ekologicky šetrné budovy stojí za oceněním luxusního rezidenčního komplexu Parkville v Bratislavě jako nejlepšího rezidenčního projektu a nejlepšího projektu na Slovensku v roce 2008.

Vzájemná spolupráce byla k březnu 2017 ukončena.

Radek has particular experience in hotels, architecture and interior design, and was recently the lead designer for the architectural and interior design of an award winning luxury sustainable residence in Pruhonice, Prague. Radek was also the lead designer for the new Sheraton hotel in Prague, Starwoods first 5 star property in the Czech Republic.

Radek is a key member of the Jestico + Whiles Green Team, and coordinates sustainability issues in the Czech Republic. His passion for sustainable building was particularly important in completion of a luxury residential development of villas in Bratislava, which was awarded the Best Development in Slovakia 2008.

Radek has also participated in many projects throughout Central and Eastern Europe, including the Velky Biel luxury golf resort, incorporating a 5 star hotel, swimming complex and spa, golf club house, around 1000 luxury contemporary villas, a school and retail facilities.

Radek was also responsible for the design and winning Planning & Building permits for a new luxury villa in the heart of Nebusice, and enjoys working to exacting detail.

His particular skill and experience in renovation, implementation of sustainable materials and specialist interior and architectural detailing will prove particularly valuable to this project.

He is currently involved in the interior design for the 5 star luxury Zuri Hotel Resort in Zanzibar which requires a highly sustainable approach to the interior specifications. Radek also plays a key role in leading both the interior and architectural design and permitting for the refurbishment of the Myslbek complex in Prague 1, and also refurbishment of 2 historically important villas in Prague 6 which are currently on site.
